Acceptance
By using intel-network.digital or engaging Intel Network for an application audit of a receivables tracking application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional application audit and related review engagements. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee confirmation.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Intel Network. Findings packs delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use. Redistribution of findings to third parties requires our prior written consent unless disclosure is required by law or by the client’s statutory auditors under a confidentiality arrangement.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information about their receivables tracking application, timely access as agreed, and prompt responses during fact-checking. Delays in access may shift timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Intel Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on findings outside the agreed scope. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
No statutory audit
Our application audits are not statutory financial statement audits and are not a substitute for regulated audit opinions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
