We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in inquiry messages.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to scoping requests, prepare engagement proposals, perform contracted application audits, and meet legal record-keeping duties under South Korean law.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement correspondence and working papers are retained for five years after engagement close, unless a longer period is required by law or by a mutually agreed hold.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law in South Korea, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Send requests to hello@intel-network.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) where applicable.
International transfers
Our primary processing occurs in South Korea. If a tool or subprocessor outside Korea is used (for example, email infrastructure), we apply contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who support hosting, email, or engagement delivery under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Security
We apply access controls and need-to-know limits on engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or full customer ledgers through the public contact form.
