Fees
Engagement fees follow the shape of the receivables tracking application — not a subscription card.
We quote after a short scoping conversation. The figures below are orientation ranges in KRW for single-entity mid-market work based in Seongnam or remote across South Korea. Multi-entity groups, heavily customized applications, and extended on-site weeks are priced separately.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities sharing the receivables tracking application
- Whether configuration is standard or heavily customized
- Need for on-site days versus supervised remote access
- Availability of prior documentation (policies, role matrices, aging definitions)
- Language mix of evidence (Korean, English, or both)
Deposits and invoicing
A 40% deposit confirms the start date. The balance is invoiced when the findings pack is delivered. Follow-up reviews may be billed in full on booking when the prior findings set is small.
What fees do not cover
Vendor license costs, statutory audit opinions, and implementation labor by your IT team are outside our invoices. Travel outside the Seoul Capital Area is quoted as actuals when required.
